The very best option for the transportation and lodging during your stay is for us to book your accomidations directly. Please email Sunny Kim to make your plans, sunny.kim@ewha.ac.kr

• Receipt for Lodging

NOTE: for AirBnb reimbursements, please submit an invoice/receipt with the amount paid AND the date of stay. The lodging must be in the name of the invited guest.

• Receipt for Flight

NOTE: regulations require that ONLY flights directly into and out of Korea will be reimbursed. We cannot reimburse for destinations added to yor itinerary. Please submit invoice/receipt with amount paid AND dates of travel.​
